Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00 PM are processed within 5 -7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Digital items are shipped immediately after payment completion.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Stitch Cabin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Stitch Cabin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. Many of the items sold on our site are not returnable due to their digital or consumable nature.
- Pattern books can only be returned if there is a printing error. This is due to the consumable nature of cross stitch patterns. Digital items will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product printing error that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and instructions for returning the item.
- To assure your refund please use trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your product will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
